Privacy Policy

• Account data: email address and password hash.
• Property data: country, property type, and estimated value you submit.
• Derived data: projections calculated from your inputs.
• Technical data: session tokens and standard server logs.

To operate the projection engine, authenticate sessions, and — for users with the "bank" role — to surface refinance leads.

Property submissions are visible to verified bank/lender users on the platform for the purpose of refinance review. Your email is only revealed to a bank user when they explicitly request contact details for a specific submission. We do not sell personal data.

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest, row-level security, and HTTPS in transit.

You can access, correct, or delete your data at any time from Settings. Account deletion permanently removes your profile, properties, projections, and any related lead records.

We use only essential cookies/local storage required to keep you signed in. No third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

The Service is not intended for users under 18.

Your data may be processed in the United States or other regions where our infrastructure providers operate.
