By creating an account or using Equity Abroad ("the Service"), you agree to these terms.

Equity Abroad provides illustrative investment projections only. Figures shown are estimates based on standardized assumptions (LTV ratios, interest rates, cap rates, appreciation). The Service does not originate loans, underwrite mortgages, broker real-estate transactions, or constitute financial, legal, or tax advice.

Estimates exclude taxes, insurance, vacancy, maintenance, currency risk, closing costs, and other factors. Actual loan terms, rental income, and property values may differ materially. Consult a licensed professional before making investment decisions.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity on your account.

Do not misuse the Service, submit false data, attempt to access other users' data, or interfere with operation.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any losses arising from use of the projections.

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
